Weekly Rental Rates

The following are inclusive prices for the villa. We can't guarantee the prices or the dates booked until we receive your booking form and booking deposit.

Throughout the year we sometimes have special offers so please ask for availability.

Once you know the date and book the flights, we would advise you to book the villa early as the demand is heavy for luxury villas in Orlando. We require £150 per week deposit with the booking form and regret that the booking can't be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. You may elect to pay the whole booking fee now for peace of mind and be sure that the house is RESERVED for you fonr your holiday.

We also require a £250 damage deposit which is fully refundable subject to the management company checks, ie no brakages, spillages, or damages etc to the villa. If you wish to proceed please simply fill in the booking form  and let us have it so we can confirm the availability.

NOTE: Our prices are fully inclusive of service chares, taxes, heat/light and use of all towels and linens (with the exception of pool heating charged at an agreed weekly rate).

For holidays in subsequent years, we apply the same rates as for bookings confirmed this year.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING VILLA & NO PETS ARE ALLOWED

The charges for the pool/jacuzzi heater (gas) will be £100 per week extra.
